These costs include preparation time, cost of packages (including insulated packages), padding materials & shipping fees. Please note for orders outside of Switzerland the customers destination country may charge additional costs such as customs & import fees, sales taxes etc. These costs are not included in our service. It is in the customers responsibility to pay additional costs appearing in the importing country. Such charges may vary from country to country, contact your destination customs office for details.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland.

You will receive your tracking number via e-mail once your order was dispatched.

Upon order receipt at your doorstep a signature will always be required as delivery confirmation. Please note that we usually do not deliver on weekends & local public holidays.
