Ordering

Due to logistical reasons the maximum quantity to be placed in one order is 10 items. If the order is exceeding the maximum I have the right to adjust the quantity to the maximum of 10.

For orders exceeding 10 items the customer has either the possibility to place additional orders or get in touch with me at cs@alvisjung.com for possible special fees.

Business customers (B2B) cannot use the online shop and must order via e-mail at avj@alvisjung.com

Payment

I will ship the products to the customer only after the payment has been successfully processed and approved. Consequently, the customer always prepays for the products. After placing the order the customer will receive an e-mail with the invoice attached. The payment needs to be effected within 3 days from the order date.

Only available currency to buy my artwork is Swiss Francs (CHF).
